1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Pixel Vistora platform, website, or custom studio subdomains (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Workspace Subscription & Billing

Pixel Vistora provides a dedicated multi-tenant ERP workspace for interior design studios and architecture firms under an annual subscription pass.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed annually upfront upon workspace creation.
• Included Access: The annual pass provides unlimited active projects, unlimited team members, Gantt timelines, PDF export, site logs, BOQ tools, GST invoicing, and custom subdomain hosting.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activities that occur under your studio account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information for your design firm.
• You agree not to upload harmful, infringing, or illegal material (e.g. pirated 3D render assets or unauthorized client documents).
• You are responsible for managing team role permissions (e.g. Lead Designer, Site Supervisor, Accounts) within your studio workspace.

4. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all studio workspaces. Maintenance schedules or urgent security upgrades will be communicated in advance via your studio dashboard notice banner.
